If you haven't already viewed some of the recent changes in YouTube, be forewarned. Google (the owner of YouTube) now requires a Google+ account to post comments. There are many that are up in arms about this. Personally, something needed to be done about the unmoderated comments found on many YouTube videos, many very rude, nasty and even downright pornographic in nature. Now, there are ways to not view the comments as reported in this recent CNET article. Shutting off or filtering the comments might work if you have children, teens or even if you just don't want to see the comments and just enjoy the video. These are special character codes. Although there are different ways to create these, this is a fairly easy keyboard shortcut to what is called the "character map" on your computer.
